2. Products and Services

Adam C Fox Creative LLC offers creative services and physical merchandise through our online store. All products are fulfilled through Printful. Product availability, pricing, and descriptions are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time.

3. Orders and Payment

By placing an order, you represent that you are authorized to use the payment method provided. All payments are processed securely through Stripe. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including suspected fraud, errors in pricing, or product availability issues. You will be notified and fully refunded if an order is cancelled on our end.

4. Shipping and Fulfillment

Orders are fulfilled by Printful and typically ship within 2–7 business days after production. Shipping times vary by destination. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or events outside our control. Risk of loss and title pass to you upon delivery to the carrier.

5. Returns and Refunds

Because our products are made-to-order through Printful, we only accept returns or issue refunds for items that are defective, damaged, or incorrectly fulfilled. Please contact us within 14 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We will work with you to make it right. We do not accept returns for buyer's remorse or sizing issues, so please review size charts carefully before ordering.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this Site — including text, graphics, logos, images, and software — is the property of Adam C Fox Creative LLC or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

7. User Accounts

If you create an account, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use. We reserve the right to terminate accounts at our discretion.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties
